Privacy information

MITRONI

Send us a message

MITRONI helps you find a specialist and book an appointment. Healthcare is provided by the selected specialist, who is responsible for their professional practice.

What data is used?

For accounts and bookings, we use your name, email, date of birth, supplied contact details, selected specialist, service, time, price and appointment status. We also retain account security events, points history and reviews you submit.

Specialist applications use profession, qualification, licence, workplace and contact details. Invoices use business details and payment records. MITRONI does not request patients’ bank or card details to pay for appointments.

Booking does not require a diagnosis or clinical documents. Symptom search results are not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Do not publish health information or other people’s data in public reviews.

Why is the data needed?

Accounts, bookings, changes and reminders are needed to provide the platform service you request. Accounting data is used to comply with legal obligations. Access controls and security records support the legitimate interest of protecting accounts and preventing abuse.

Required fields are necessary for the relevant action; without them we cannot create an account or booking. Clinical care is not required for booking and needs a separate processing basis and notice established by the specialist.

Who receives the data?

Appointment data is available to the selected specialist. Platform administrators have access needed for operations and support. Specialist profiles and reviews you publish are visible in the directory.

The website is hosted on a Hostinger server in Lithuania. Resend sends notifications using the selected Ireland region. Google sign-in supplies an account identifier, name and verified email; we do not request access to Gmail messages or passwords. These providers’ supporting processing may involve countries outside the EEA; their privacy documents describe their terms and transfer safeguards.

Retention and your rights

Account and appointment history is kept while needed to administer the account, bookings and related claims. On an erasure request, we assess remaining bookings, accounting obligations and disputes; data no longer needed is removed. Statutory retention periods apply to invoices. Login codes expire after 15 minutes; expiry does not itself delete the entire security record.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, object to processing or request a portable copy where that right applies. Contact MITRONI /contact. Identity verification may be required. We respond within the statutory period, normally one month. You may complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate.
